Intimate Garden Wedding At Bottino NYC | Jenna + Zach

It's so easy for a bride and groom to get caught up in the stress of planning a wedding, worrying about the weather, out-of-town guests arriving from London and California, and that all of the details perfectly fall into place. Photographers are behind the scenes and witness this first hand, and occasionally have to help put out small fires. This wedding was the exception. If Jenna and Zach were stressed at all, even with the monsoon downpour of rain before the ceremony, they sure didn't let it show. They embraced everything that came at them and went with the flow of the day.

Rather than having their wedding at a traditional wedding venue, Jenna and Zach chose their favorite restaurant. Bottino is an intimate contemporary Italian spot nestled in the heart of Chelsea just steps away from the High Line. With its white-washed exposed brick walls, dark hardwood floors, gallery wall of wine bottles on display, and string lights and lanterns in the garden, it was truly a magical setting.

The two were married by Jenna's uncle beneath a chuppah held by their best friends as the rest of their family and loved ones watched on. It was moving to witness and feel the love in the room. The night carried on with heartfelt speeches, bursts of laughter, and a few tear jerker moments. I can't look at these wedding images without smiling. From the first wedding consultation to the final minutes of their wedding day, I felt as though Jenna and Zach were just two of my long-time friends. It was effortless to capture their beautiful moments of love and the celebration throughout the day. Jenna and Zach's wedding was everything a wedding should be.
