Intimate Asbury Park Wedding In The Rain

When they first met, Jenna was working in a restaurant in California that happened to be owned by Rob's cousin. As the story goes, Rob was set on taking Jenna out on a date, but Jenna kept on turning him down. Rob didn't give up and his persistence paid off. Jenna finally agreed to go on a date with this long haired Italian from Staten Island who wouldn't leave her alone. And the rest is history. Since then, Rob cut his long hair and together he and Jenna moved across the country to the East Coast.

On their wedding day, their friends, families and two dogs joined them in Asbury Park for an intimate ceremony and reception at Porta. Rob's best friend Ely officiated a short, but very sweet ceremony and everyone watched on with tear-filled eyes as Jenna and Rob read their vows they wrote to each other. As they were pronounced husband and wife, Jenna threw her hands up in the air with excitement, wrapped her arms around Rob's neck and sealed the deal with a kiss. Maybe it's just something about Porta, or something about the intimacy of small weddings, but the love is always felt throughout the room.
